Wellness, health, and inspiring others are at the core of who Jeanine is and how she has lived her life. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Jeanine has always embodied the “California Lifestyle” of being fit and active. Joining her first gym at age 18 seemed like the obvious choice of staying in shape following her committed involvement in high school cheerleading and track and field. This is where her passion to transform into the best version of herself really took off and she never looked back. What started as a personal passion to be fit and healthy has become Jeanine’s motivation and mission to help others reach their fitness goals and improve their quality of life.
After an unexpected cancer diagnosis in 2009, Jeanine became ever more committed to the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the belief that healthy living comes from diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices that are sustainable. Jeanine won her battle with cancer and learned from her illness that life is unpredictable and health should never be taken for granted. These lessons ignited her passion to bring good health, fitness, and positivity to others.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through The National Academy of Sports Medicine, Jeanine brings education, experience, and her life long passion for fitness to each and every one of her training sessions. She works one-on-one with clients of all fitness levels and ages to design, implement, and develop new strategies to reach and exceed personal fitness goals and achieve a healthy lifestyle. Jeanine is committed to providing her clients with excellent and personalized service while delivering amazing workouts that leave clients feeling motivated and energized.
Jeanine and her husband Eran live in the Wood Ranch area of the Conejo Valley. She serves clients in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Newbury Park and Simi Valley.
“True fitness goes far beyond just making us look good, it can vastly improve our health and well being, self esteem and the core quality of our lives. Regardless of our individualized goals, fitness should be fun and enjoyable . . . pushing us to be the BEST version of ourselves . . . every day.”
